Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Weekday at weekdayai.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Service to transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
- Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others.
- Use automated systems to access the Service at a rate beyond what a human could reasonably produce.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Weekday. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You own the tasks, events, and other content you create in Weekday. We do not claim any ownership of it, and we do not use it for advertising.
You grant us only the limited permission we need to store, transmit, and display your content back to you in order to operate the Service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Payments and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid plan. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. When you subscribe, you enter your payment details on Stripe’s secure checkout; Weekday does not see or store your full card information.
You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment portion of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may also stop using and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekday and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Governing Law (EU Users)
For users in the European Union, these Terms are governed by applicable EU laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weekday operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
